Free shipping on orders of $200 (tax exclusive) or more to all locations in the Unites States. *Some exclusions may apply*

Your shipment will arrive via FedEx or USPS. A signature is not required for delivery, however, you may request for that option by adding the Courier Signature option to the cart before checkout. Additionally, any orders that include liquids such as Para Prep, Para Cleaner, Para Remover and Cuticle Remover will be sent by UPS.

All in-stock products ordered by 3:00 pm EST on business days are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Please be advised that there is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.

If merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email. Applicable Sales Tax may be charged on orders delivered to California addresses.

After the order is shipped out, we do not take any responsibility for undelivered or missing packages. If no one is around to accept the package, it will be sent to the nearest USPS, where it can be then picked up by the addressee. Packages that are not picked up at the local USPS within one or two weeks will be returned to our office, and the customer is then responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item.

*The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address on any order. We will not be able to offer help due to an incorrect shipping address. The customer is responsible for dealing with any issues that arise from the delivery, like lost or damaged items.

*If an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address made by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If an item is returned due our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
